01 Nature of the Platform
SecretMsg is an independent project created and maintained by the SecretMsg Team. It operates as a communication medium allowing users to share public cards and receive candid questions, compliments, and thoughts from friends, followers, or peers. The service is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis.
02 Eligibility & Minimum Age
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age of digital consent in your country of residence) to register an account or transmit messages through SecretMsg. If you are under this age, you are strictly prohibited from using the platform.
03 Prohibited Conduct & Community Rules
When sending or receiving messages, you agree never to transmit, promote, or encourage:
- Harassment & Bullying: Derogatory remarks, stalking, defamation, racial slurs, or persistent unwanted targeting.
- Threats of Harm: Any depiction or threat of physical violence, self-harm encouragement, or extortion.
- Illegal Content: Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery, or unauthorized commercial exploitation.
- Spam & Malicious Code: Phishing URLs, bot automation, script injection, or automated message generation.
- Impersonation: Falsely representing identity to deceive, defraud, or humiliate others.
04 Account Ownership & Termination
You own your account and can permanently delete it at any time via the Settings menu. The maintainer reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently ban any account, IP address, or handle that violates these terms or exhibits abusive behavior, without prior warning.
05 Voluntary Donations & Supporter Perks
SecretMsg is non-commercial. Any voluntary supporter donations contribute directly to covering domain names, Cloudflare edge compute, and email delivery fees. Donations are non-refundable gifts and do not confer ownership, equity, or guaranteed server uptime.
06 Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SECRETMSG AND ITS MAINTAINER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REPUTATION, OR LOSS OF DATA ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. USERS BEAR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR TRANSMITTED CONTENT.
